Biblioteca Municipal de Providencia

In the heart of Barrio Manuel Montt there is an ideal place for book lovers: the Municipal Library of Providencia, a space where you can find endless publications. Created in 1963, the Municipal Library -integrated years later into the Library System- is undoubtedly a place that enhances the neighborhood and its cultural activities.

Its shelves full of books invite us to approach reading and not only have a simple encounter with the letters, but also travel through them, imagine, create worlds and enhance our creativity.
With comfortable spaces for study and recreation - it also has services such as Wi-Fi and a newspaper library - the library also offers the community different outreach activities such as literary workshops, talk and film cycles, exhibitions and children's activities.
