We place complete confidence in you providing us with your information. The information that is collected, such as name, email address, mailing address, and telephone numbers, will not be sold or given to third parties for any use. The information provided will be kept confidential and will be used only to maintain business contact.
Hotel Le Rêve has information protection systems against loss, misuse, or alteration of it.
All information contained in this site, including design, graphics, and text are the property of Hotel Le Rêve. Any other brands, companies, or product names and/or logos displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners.

Hotel policies:

The reservation must be canceled 24 hours before arrival to avoid the penalty of one night's charge
All reservations require a credit card number to guarantee reservations that include the credit card security code. A credit card is requested only to guarantee the reservation. Failure to show up will be penalized with the rate of one room night plus taxes if applicable (Residents)
Check-in time is 3 PM. Departure time is 12 PM.
Foreign passengers not residing in Chile who present a passport are exempt from paying VAT, whether they pay in cash or by credit card.
Chilean guests will have a 19% tax added to the net rate.
Children under 12 years old stay free when sharing the room with their parents.
Early Check in- One night will be charged as a penalty. Late Checkout- 50% of the rate until 4 pm, subject to availability.
Animals are not allowed with the exception of guide dogs for visually impaired passengers.
Our hotel defines itself as NON-smoker. In Chile, since March 1, 2013, smoking has been strictly prohibited in closed public places, such as restaurants, cafeterias, public transportation, and also in hotel rooms, as established in Law No. 20,660. If any of our guests are caught violating this law, a $100 fine will be charged to their room account.
The Hotel does not admit the entry of an adult with a minor, who is not related by blood, or who comes without power of attorney from the parents, since "Commercial sexual exploitation of children is a crime".
